Shipping & Returns
OUTBOUND SHIPPING:
Please provide a safe and secure delivery address for your order. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.
You will typically receive your order in 5-7 business days from the date you placed the order. During the holiday season, arrival times may be delayed.
We will ship your package via UPS or the US Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and designated carrier.

RETURNS / RETURN SHIPPING:
We can only accept returns of items purchased in our retail store or on our store's website.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges which are sent back to our store.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery/pickup. All returns must be purchased from our store and in new/unworn condition with the original box. Before this deadline, simply return the item to us for an exchange or refund (to your original method of payment).
All items must be sent back in a separate shipping box. Please do not adhere shipping labels or packing tape directly to the shoe box.
If you send back a package without paying the shipping cost, $20.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
